Lang <br />Division Dueclor <br />On July 29, 1996, the Division sent you a letter extending for the Town of Norwood, the comment period on United <br />Companies -United/Norwood Pit -amendment application. That extended period ended July l8, 1996 and was set to <br />accommodate the administrative process leading to a hearing that was scheduled for September 26, 1996. <br />The hearing has been continued to the Mined Land Reclamation Board's November 13-14, 1996 meeting. Objecting <br />parties have stated that Norwood was not given enough time to provide continents on the application. The comment <br />period has been reopened [o allow for comments from others.
