Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On Apri130, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division <br />on Febntary 4, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Approve the addition of 30.61 & Install slurry wall & watertank as post mining landuse. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Pemrit No. M-1980-183. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-183 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $5,883,632.00 for the Pit 29, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$413,400.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $5,883,632.00.
