Long <br />Colorado State Land Board Dins~on Director <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 620 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RE: Energy Mine No. 3 (C-84-062), Phase II and III Bond Release Inspection <br />Deaz Mr. Davis: <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology will conduct a bond release inspection of the Energy Mine No. 3 <br />on lone l8, 1998, at 8:00 a.m. All parties should meet at the Middle Creek shop at the mine site on Routt <br />County Road No. 33. The purpose of the inspection will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule <br />3.03.2 (2) of the Rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board requires you be <br />notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the inspection. Please contact me at (303) 866- <br />4944 should you choose to attend the inspection. <br />As 1 notified you of on April 24, 1998, the surface ownership is private, coal ownership was state and <br />private.
