Long <br />Division D~reaor <br />RE: Lily Mines, Permit No. M-87-028, Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator <br />Approval and Request for Financial and Performance Warranties, SO-3 <br />Dear Mr. Addison: <br />On September 30, 1998, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Transfer of Permit and <br />Succession of Operator application submitted to the Division on September 17, 1998, addressing the <br />following: <br />Transfer of Permit No. M-87-028 from Lily Corp. to Colorado Marble, L.L.C. <br />On your application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate <br />the required bond prior to approval of the transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has <br />been calculated to be $24,000.00. Please submit a financial warranty in the amount of $24,000.00 <br />within 60 days.
