Permit C-81-013 was issued <br />by the Division on June 22,I994~. <br />The Golden Eagle Mine is located in Sections 20, 2l, 28 & 29, T33S, R67 W. A total of 59 acres of surface <br />disturbance from mining is covered by a Coal Reclamation Bond in the amount of 51,530,000.
