Initially, I wasn't going to ask you to review <br />the ground water aspects of this TR, but now I have changed my mind. There may be something that <br />you may notice concerning [heir plan. <br />I have included a complete copy of the submittal. The TR was called complete on February 1, 2000. <br />As stated in the submittal cover letter, it will take until about the end of March before BRL gets <br />approval for the right-of--entry so there does not seem to be an immediate rush on this. The adequacy is <br />due March 2 but, since 1 gave this to you so late, another week would still be okay with me.
