Section I.0 reports 2001 <br />reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd <br />Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. <br />Section 2.0 is the Annual Hydrology Report and is composed of eight subsections. <br />2,1 Climatological Data <br />2.2 Pit Dewatering and Consumptive Water Use for 2001 <br />2,3 Mining Advancement and Ash Disposal <br />2.4 Monitoring Points <br />2.5 Hydrological Data (Hydro-Engineering Inc. report) <br />2.6 Hydrological Trends <br />2.7 Spoil Spring Sampling <br />2.8 WET Testing Results <br />Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-2001. It consists of a narrative <br />segment describing our reconstruction methods and results as well as a map showing the locations of <br />our drainage reconstruction efforts minewide. in 2001, approximately 2,500 feet of drainage <br />construction work was performed in the Oak, West Flume and East Middle Flume drainages. Drainage <br />repair work was completed on approximately 1,2001ineaz feet of the Johnson, No-Name and Oak <br />drainageways during the 2001 field season. <br />Section 4.0 is the recontoured spoil sampling section. Spoil sampling requirements were discontinued <br />in 2001. In future years, this section of the Annual Report will be omitted. <br />Section 5.0 is a narrative and map showing topsoil stockpiles constructed in 2001 and proposed 2002 <br />topsoil stockpile locations. Additionally, the map has been updated to show all existing topsoil <br />stockpiles minewide with appropriate identification numbers. The narrative and accompanying Table <br />5-1 describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. <br />Section 6.0 is the stock tank and dozer basin section. This section contains a narrative and a map of <br />stock tank and dozer basin locations. Table 6-1 reflects the revised as-built stock tank density. <br />P.O.
