<br />quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of real estate and unto the heirs, successors and
<br />assigns of sairi owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I have in and to the

<br />used in connection with the operation of the Ohio
<br />Creek Number Two (2) Mine, which Tipple Building
<br />permanently is situated upon the South One-Half (S/2)
<br />of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Section Sixteen (16),
<br />Township Fifteen South (T155), Range EiglJty Six
<br />West (R86W), Sixth Principal Pleridian (6th P.M.),
<br />situate, lying and being in the County of Gunnison and State o(Colorarlo. i
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging forever. And further, that the said Trust Deed is, by these
<br />presents, to be considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged. I
