Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist(7N`~I Sc5 <br />RE: Baca County, Weeder Pit No 30, Permit No. M-1993-087 <br />Please be advised that on June 18, 2001, Baca County, whose address and telephone number are 741 Main St., <br />Springfield, CO 81073; (719) 523-6532, filed an application to convert M-1993-087, Weeder Pit No 30, a <br />110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The <br />mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 21, Township 275, Range 44W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Prowers County. The application decision is scheduled for September 17, 2001. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Prowers Cou~y Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Creology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Deaver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within [welly (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by Ure Division.
