It is the intent of Pioneer Uravan, <br />Inc. to transfer the permits and rights to operate the properties to Umetco <br />Minerals Corporation. <br />Mineral permit bonds in the amount of $2,500 each for each of the four <br />properties have been ordered from Umetco's corporate surety group but have <br />not been delivered to date.
