All reviews and comment periods as provided in the <br />Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to continue conducting underground coal mining <br />operations at the Foidel Creek Mine, located approximately 22 miles SW of <br />Steamboat Springs in Routt County, Colorado. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Rattlesnake Butte. A copy of the application is available for public <br />inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, Box 773598, Steamboat Springs, CO. <br />Written comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on the <br />application may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
