13. Dates Reclamation Work Performed: Reclamation Work was per-
formed August through November 1988.
14. A description of the results achieved as they relate to the
approved reclamation plan:
Grand Mesa notified the Division July 2Z, 1988 of
its intent to begin reclamation of the Red Canyon Mine.
Since that time all of the surface facilities at the
site have been removed and the majority of the dis-
turbed areas have been contoured, seeded and mulched.
This phase of the reclamation of the mine site was com-
plete by the end of November 1988. In accordance with
Rule 3.03.1(2) up to sixty percent of the bond amount
