' <br />Our Attorney General's office indicates that the specification <br />Aggregates bond can be released as soon as the following small <br />Item Is taken care of: Please complete and sign the endorsed <br />assignment form. The certificate of deposit Is made out to <br />Mobile Premix Concrete Inc. or the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. This is the standard fBOm we use when certificate of <br />deposits are not made out to the Mined Land Reclametlon Board <br />alone. <br />Thank you for your help.
