PROPOSED PIISLIC NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given of the filing of a Technical Revision <br />to the existing Colowyo Coal Mine, Mining Permit Coal No. C-81-019, <br />by Colowyo Coal Company, 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, Colorado <br />81641, with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Colorado <br />Department of Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203. The request for a Technical Revision is <br />to provide for a modification to the East Pit Mine Plan. <br />All of the lands to be affected by this Technical Revision are <br />owned by Colowyo Coal Company or the State of Colorado, are located <br />approximately 28 miles south of Craig, Colorado, and are west of <br />Colorado Highway 13/789 and east of Wilson Creek, are all in Moffat <br />County, Colorado, and are located on U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 <br />minute quadrangle Map No. N4015-W10745/7.5 (Axial, Colorado), and <br />N4007.5-W10747/7.5 (Ninemile Gap, Colorado), and is more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 2,3,4,9,10,11,15 and 16 <br />Township 3 North, Range 93 West of the 6th P.M. <br />A copy of the application for Technical Revision is on file at <br />the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder's Office in the Moffat County <br />Courthouse in Craig, Colorado.
