Also enclosed is a 200 scale map <br />prepared for the powerline bid package. This map, Exhibit RS-06-011, shows <br />more detail on the probable road drainage. The BLM property line is shown <br />on the map and we interpret their 500' drainage crossing spacing to apply <br />to their property. As a result there are more "dirt" crossings than originally <br />planned on the BLM surface. Some of the "dirt" crossings may actually be <br />graded to rock. The "rock" crossings are known and "dirt" crossings are guesses. <br />The probable MSHA required berms are shown in yellow on the maps. <br />Please note that these maps are for reference only and not a part of the permit <br />application or TR.
