iii iiiiiiiiniii iii <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on January 6, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit to <br />conduct coal mining operations at the Rimrock Mine, Permit No. C-89-074 (MR-09), by Rimrock <br />Coal Company, c/o Landmark Reclamation, Inc., 4901 South Windermere Street, Littleton, <br />CO 80120, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses the <br />inclusion of the annual hydrologic report into the permit. All reviews and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />Posted 1/11/95 <br /> <br />
