All that remains <br />are atop=kpilea of materials. We propose to complete final grading <br />and rev~agetnte the Eaet end of the pit area as soon as possible <br />with th~3 exception of the stockpiles and access to thew. <br />Excavation operations will proceed in the Western portion of the <br />pit and the plant site nrea will be moved to the area on the <br />western side of the old 112 boundary. Access to the pit area will <br />remain nn the existing farm road. <br />
