Owner hereby designates the Coapany as his agent in <br />utters relating to obtaining such special use perwits. <br />Owner is hereby given grazing rights to the property owned <br />by Southwest Ready Nix, Inc. of Pueblo in Pueblo County na <br />partial consideration of rayaltiea. Value of such rights <br />shall be considered to be 62000.00 per year and royalties <br />shall be applied to the value of the rights.
