M 90-194 & M 89-096 <br />Enclosed is an application for an amendment to permit No. <br />M 90-144. The amendment will consist of the following <br />changes in the permits at the Fillnore Pit Site: <br />1. The awended pit limits will incorporate the <br />existing limits of Permit Nos. M 90-144 and M 89-096. <br />M 89-096 is a 110 permit which is surrounded by the 112 <br />permit M 90-144. The permits were done in this Wanner <br />because of the conversion limits on 110 permits. The 110 <br />permit is now over two years old and conversion to the 112 <br />permit should be within the regulations and law. <br />2. The limits of the permitted activity are being <br />exp+~nded to the West to allow mining of these resources. <br />App:Lication for revision of the County Special Use Permit <br />to :Cncorporate the additional property is being filed. <br />Tho~ae applicable exhibits that have changed due to these <br />rev:isiona are included with the application.
