Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board: <br />A. Ex hl bit D - Mining Plan <br />1. Please indicate how large an area will be mined at any one time, and <br />the depth and thickness of the deposit. /~w 6n " <br />2. The staff recommends planting perennial grasses on the topsoil <br />stockpile to minimize wind and water erosion potential from <br />long-term storage. <br />R. Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. Please be aware that the planting of a cover crop and seeding of <br />native grass species are two separate operations in the reclamation <br />process. Reference the SCS recommendations for details. <br />2.
