<br />Mr. Tim Huskey <br />Black Snag Pit, TR-01 <br />2 <br />i <br />2/27/96 <br />M-95-010 <br />Rule 6.3.512)(b) requires that the Mining Plan Map label the names of owners of record <br />of the surface of the affected area, of the land within 200' of the affected area, identify <br />the owner of the substance to be mined, and the type of structure and owners of record <br />of any permanent or man-made structures within 200' of the affected area. The Mining <br />Plan Map submitted on 2113/96, does not satisfy 6.3.512)Ibl, please address. <br />Rule 6.3.51211f) requires that the Mining Plan Map outline and label existing disturbance <br />within and/or adjacent to the permit boundary. Please ensure that the exploration pits, <br />excavated prior to permit issuance, are outlined and labeled on the Mining Plan Map, as <br />required by 6.3.5(2-(f-. <br />The 2/13/96 submittal did not contain a revised Reclamation Plan Map, also required by <br />and described in Rule 6.3.5. Please include a revised Reclamation Plan Map. <br />Rule 6.2.1(2) lists the general requirements of maps and exhibits for inclusion into the <br />permit application. Please ensure that revised Mining and Reclamation Plan Maps satisfy <br />the general requirements of 6.2.1121. <br />Please direct all future correspondence to the DMG field office in Durango.
