The Mining <br />Plan Map submitted on 2113/96, does not satisfy 6.3.512)Ibl, please address. <br />Rule 6.3.51211f) requires that the Mining Plan Map outline and label existing disturbance <br />within and/or adjacent to the permit boundary. Please ensure that the exploration pits, <br />excavated prior to permit issuance, are outlined and labeled on the Mining Plan Map, as <br />required by 6.3.5(2-(f-. <br />The 2/13/96 submittal did not contain a revised Reclamation Plan Map, also required by <br />and described in Rule 6.3.5. Please include a revised Reclamation Plan Map. <br />Rule 6.2.1(2) lists the general requirements of maps and exhibits for inclusion into the <br />permit application.
