Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. is now the pemtitted operator of the Brighton <br />Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Pernrit No. M-1977-436, as well as those specified in the <br />Rules and Regulations, <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty which was originally provided.
