Humphries earlier this month and have not <br />received a response to my letter. A copy of that correspondence <br />is enclosed. It would appear in my judgement that the items <br />listed ui the enclosed letter would need resolution prior to <br />considering an admendment to permit ~{ M 77-210. <br />Also since the amendment is an expansion of facilities, and <br />disrupts a natural watershed, I am asking what drainage studies <br />have been completed, and what are the effects on downstream <br />properties2 <br />A reply on thses items would be appreciated. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gregory M.
