Our comments regarding this revision application are provided below. I have <br />discussed the adequacy of this revision with Dennis Jones of your staff. Please forward a <br />copy of this letter to Dennis. <br />SCC has requested that water quality sampling be discontinued at wells GW-S6- <br />A, GW-831-A2, GW-S32-A, GW-833-A, and GW-846-A. The Division concurs <br />with this proposal but requests that the wells remain intact and functional for <br />future use if needed. Please revise page 7-388 to indicate the following in the <br />third paragraph: "These wells will remain open for sampling, if necessary <br />prior to final bond release." <br />If you have questions or are in need of additional information, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael P.
