I don't know what record <br />you were checking, but Mr. Tezak's permit number is 011::-043-0580 <br />and expires on April 26, 1996. This is the state license and in <br />addition he has a federal license. His explosives operation has <br />been inspected by both the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco an<l Firearms <br />and the Mine Safety Health Administration and both have found him <br />to be in compliance with all of their rules and regulations. <br />Both the state and federal licenses are on file at the quarry <br />office. <br />If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to <br />contact me.
