This process is still not <br />complete as three sites - F1, SD-1 and SD-2 remain to be approved. <br />Three copies of Map 18, identifying SD-1 and SD-2 aze enclosed. The approved API <br />forms for the three remaining sites will be sent to you upon receipt from OGCC. In light <br />of the length of time the approval process is taking, would it be possible to complete the <br />approval process with a stipulation that these three sites will be included with this TR <br />approval upon submission of the approval from the Oil and Gas Conservation <br />Commission? <br />If you have any questions or need addition information please contact me. <br />Sir}gerely <br />Ronald G.
