Hyatt, as outlined in his letter to Dr. James A. Plendleton on June 9, 1992, comments are discussed in the order presented in the letter. Comm er~t ±~3 BMG has been advised by both Degussa and FMC based mn prior N,_f similar successful applications, that maintaining the pond in an active status will improve distribution of the #equired htil~ reagents, and this enhances the efficiency of the cyanide removal process. Comment ;#4 The peroxide distribution system has been specified by Degussa ~;. based on substantial prior experience in pond applications.
