Douglas: <br />Re: CF&I Lateral <br />Special Use Permit No. 609 <br />Cortner Pit 112 <br /> <br />Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG) has no objection to the <br />proposed sand and gravel extraction in Section 24, Township 21 South, <br />Range 64 West, so long as said extraction meets the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />1. No blasting should occur in the pit area without written <br />consent of CIC's District Superintendent, or his agent, <br />P. 0. Box 276, Pueblo, Colorado 81002. <br />2. No mining .c an occur within twenty-five feet on either <br />side of CIG's pipeline. At least a 3:1 slope should be <br />maintained from the edge of Bald right of way to the base <br />of the pit. <br />3, Any roads or movement of heavy equipment across CIG's pipe- <br />line must have prior written approval of CIG's District <br />Superintendent or his agent at the above address. <br />If these terms and conditions are agreeable to the applicant, CIG has <br />no objection to the proposed Special Use Permit. <br />
