BE DONE BY MEANS OF THE LUX WELL ITSELF, IF THE OWNER IS AGREEABLE, OR BE MEANS <br />OF A SEPARATE WELL. IF A SEPARATE WELL IS UTILIZED FOR THE MONITORING, IT SHALL BE <br />COMPLETED IN THE EQUIVALENT ZONE OR AQUIFER ITJ WHICH THE LUX WELL 1S COMPLETED. <br />IT SHALL BE LOCATED AT A POINT DIRECTLY UPDIP FROM THE LUX WELL WHERE THE <br />ENTIRE ZONE OF THE LUX WELL CAN BE MONITORED AND IT SHALL BE AT A POINT WHERE <br />WATER LEVELS MAY BE RECORDED AND WATER QUALITY SAMPLES REPRESENTATIVE OF THAT <br />ZONE MAY BE RECOVERED. <br />THIS SCHEDULE OF MONITORING SHALL BE QUARTERLY AND THE DATA RECORDED SHALL BE <br />INCORPORATED AND INTERPRETED M THE ANNUAL HYDROLOGIC REPORT FOR THE MINE. <br />THE PARAMETERS APPEARING ON L[ST B (P. 4-241C OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION) SHALL BE <br />RECORDED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, STARTING WITH THE QUARTER M WHICH THE MONITORING <br />BEGINS.
