Please be aware that under the provisions of Rule 3.03.2(1) you are <br />required to send written notice of Coors Energy Company's intention to seek <br />release from bond to adjoining landowners and appropriate federal, state, <br />and county agencies. The written notice you have supplied in the application <br />to be sent to adjoining property owners, surface owners, county commissioners, <br />water conservation district, and state and federal agencies is appropriate. <br />You may proceed with distributing the notice. <br />After we receive verification that the appropriate landowners and agencies <br />have received your notice, we will deem your bond release application complete. <br />Please send your letters out certified mail and provide copies of the receipts <br />to the Division.
