Dear Mr. Stout:
On February 28, 1985, the Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) approved your
request for a second continuance of MLRB consideration of the Succession of
Operator and Technical Revision. This continuance is to the MLRB meeting of
March 27-28, 1985.
As we discussed over the telephone on February 27, 1985 you will need to
submit in writing that you are withdrawing the technical revision from MLRB
consideration.
Enclosed please find a Performance Warranty form. This form needs to be
executed by you since you will be the permit holder once the Succession of
Operator is approved by the MLRB. Along with this Performance Warranty,
please submit a properly executed Financial Warranty (if a form is needed
please contact this office).
