The <br />Request seeks a reduction of $464,143.00 in the performance bond (Self-bond: SB-001) having a <br />value of $5,042,176.00 for the above permit. The Request has been formatted in accordance with <br />the Guideline Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond Release Issues (CDMG, 1995) and Rule 3.03 <br />of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />Included in this submittal package are the following items: <br />l . Proposed Public Notice; <br />2. Copies of the written notice to seek release to parties identified in Rule 3.03.2(1), and; <br />3. Support Facilities Phase I Bond Release Request document. <br />Upon completion of the publication period, a copy of the publication verification will be forward <br />to your office. Copies of the bond release request will be forward to the OSM and [he BLM <br />upon confirmation from your office that the application is complete.
