Si:t wells are noted n [he adequac review to be within 600 eet of proposed disturbance (Z wells on Peschell, 1 well on Dtstell, and 3 wells on or immediately adjacent to Longmont tracts). However, it should be noted that [he two well locations noted on Colorado Division of Water Resources records (reproduced following Exhibit C.4 in the amendment application) do not exist. Further review of Division records shows that the City of Longmont well permit application was denied. Also, the Mountain State well application expired prior to a well being installed on the property. These Peschell property wells are noted as locations "O" and "\ " on Exhibit C.4. It should also be noted that the permitted "well" located on the Distell property (noted as location 1 l on Exhibit C.4) is the gravel pit well permit for the Catnas aggregate mining operation. Finally, the three wells rtotcd on or immediately adjacent to [he Longmont Ract (wells noted as numbers 6, 7 and 10 on i?xltibit C.4) are greater than 600 feet Rom the proposed mining area, as shown on Exhibit D. We understand that the Office of the State Engineer requires that a waiver of objection must be obtained from all well owners wifltin 600 legit of the permit area, T1te applicant will not conduct de-watering activities until a,eements with al] applicable well owners is obtained. Tkte applicant is currently amending its existing well permit (No. 50945F) and the substihtte supply plan for the current operations to include the amended Peschell and Longmont areas of operation. No groundwater will be exposed in the alne»dment areas without approval of tha amended substitute supply plan and the gravel pit well permit by the Office of the Stale Engineer. Evidence of a court-approved augmentation plan for final reclamation requirements will be provided to DMG prior to requesting financial warranty release. 6.4. l9 Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures 8.
