• San Luis Mine personnel will be utilized for biweekly sampling. The exact tests to be performed <br />will be determined during Task 1, but will probably include samples for analysis of sulfate, iron, <br />manganese, pH, Eh, and electrical conductivity, and TDS components including calcium, <br />bicazbonate, magnesium, and potassium. <br />Task 4: <br />During Task 4, SMI will report the results of each of the test with recommendations for <br />implementation. This will include a montlily progress report and a final report summarizing the <br />test results. <br />3.0 PROJECT TEAM <br />James Harrington will be the project manager and will oversee all aspects of this project. Barry <br />Cazlson will act as the Project Engineer in Task 1 and will provide some of the construction <br />oversight in Task 2. Fred Marinelli or Walt Niccoli will be the Project Hydrologist, and will <br />• design the hydrology aspects of the push-pull test (Task 1). Jim Finley will participate in the <br />design and optimization of all aspects of the project, utilizing his familiarity with the San Luis <br />Mine site.
