Box 656, Cortez, CO 81321; (970) 565-3388, submitted a request for partial <br />acreage release for the Gazdner Pit No 2a, Permit No. M-1990-025. The construction materials <br />extraction operation is located at or neaz Section 18, Township 37N, Range 14W, 6th Prime Meridian, <br />in Montezuma County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained <br />from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The <br />Division is required to wait 15 days after the release decision is made to allow for comments or <br />objections. <br />
