Enclosed is Trapper Mine's Annual Report. This document should be considered
a minor revision to our permit application, Appendix W, Vol. 11, 1988.
The Annual Report is composed of seven sections. Section 1.0 is the Reclama-
t~14ap, formerly the Postmine Contour Map. The map title has been changed
at the request of CMLRD. If you have comments or questions concerning this
section, they should be directed to Mr. Dave Richards. Mining Engineer,
Trapper Mine.
Section 2.0 is the Annual Hydrologic Report. It is composed of six sub-
sections.

Section 3.0 is Drainageway Reconstruction. It consists of a narrative, map
and re-survey information of repaired drainageway sections and newly re con-
structed sections. The map also shows diversion ditches to be left as part of
the reclaimed land surface. The CMLRD has also requested that peak flow data
from the 10-year, 24-hour flume be included in the annual report. This infor-
mation may be found in this section.
Section 4.0 is the Recontoured Spoil Sampling section. This section includes
the spoils analyses data and a map showing spoil texture and sample identifi-
cation numbers.
Section 5.0 is the 1988 actual topsoil_sx_nckpi3e_l~o~_r;n„s_and. proposed 1989
topsoil stockpile locations. This section titled, Topsoil Stockpile Loca-
tions, consists of a map. If the Division has questions concerning this map,"
