111 IIIIIIIIIIIII 111 <br />999 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Energy Fuels Coal inc. (EFCI), P.O. Box 449, 1190 County Road 92, Florence, Colorado 81226, has filed an <br />application for revision of approved mining and reclamation places for the Southfield Mine. The approved Division <br />of Minerals and Geology (DMG) permit, Permit No. C-81-014, addresses existing underground coal mining and <br />related surface operations and rechtmadon activities. The proposed revision, Technical Revision No. 16 (TR-16), <br />addresses permit revisions developed in response to concerns identified during a DMG inspection. TR-16 includes <br />an incidental permit boundary change and changes in the disturbance boundary. <br />Areas to be effected by the proposed plan revision aze located in Fremont County. The Soudtfield Mine azea is <br />located approximately seven miles south of Florence, Colorado, on County Road 92. The mine azea is bounded <br />on the south and west by the base of the Wet Mountains, and Newlin Creek bisects the mine azea from southwest <br />to northeast. The Southfield loadout azea is located approximately one mile west of Florence, Colorado, on County <br />Road 11A and the Santa Fe Railroad spur line. The loadout area is bounded on dte north by Chandler Creek, and <br />on the south by Oak Creek. <br />The Southfield Mine azea is located on the following sections: <br />Township T205. Rance R69W <br />Sections 19, 30, and 31 <br />Township T20S. Rance R70W <br />Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26 <br />The Southfield Loadout Area is [orated on the following Sections: <br />Township T19S. R69W <br />Sections 17 and 18 <br />These sections aze covered by the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Rockvale (Mine Area) and Canon City <br />(Loadout Area) quadrangles. <br />The following hold surface and mineral interests within the mine and loadout azea permit boundaries: <br />The Corley Company <br />Cribbs-Jackson et. al. <br />Vento Trust <br />Mr. and Mrs. Dan Dale <br />Mr. and Mts.
