Minor Revision No. 19 proposes to incorporate 2001 vegetation monitoring data into the North Thompson
Creek Mine permit. I have no adequacy concerns and find the data well presented. Of note, this revision is
not a bond release. It does present bond release data and incorporates the data into the North Thompson
Creek Mine pennit. By approval of the minor revision application the Division is in no way approving bond
release based on this MR.
The data submitted indicates that 2001 vegetation sampling demonstrates that reclaimed vegetation at the
North Thompson Creek Mine achieves phase III bond release standards for vegetation and post mining land
use of rangeland.
