The revision
was called complete on May 5, 2004. The decision due date is July 4, 2004.
In TeclJnical Revision No. 34, Bowie Resources Limited (BRL) is proposing to construct a coal conveyor
system to bring B-seam coal from the B-seam portal bench up to the D-seam portal bench for handling
through the breaker and crusher. From there, the coal will be conveyed through the downhill conveyor
system to the unit train loadout. BRL is also proposing to construct a temporary coal breaker and crusher
handling system until the coal conveyor system is constructed. The project will disturb an additional 0.5
acres of surface land that is owned by BRL.
This revision is available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 140 Grand Avenue, Paonia, CO 81428.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Joseph J.
