Gattany <br />Division DlreCtnr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology received the June 2005 monthly status report from BTU Empire <br />Corporation (formerly known as RAG-Empire, prior to the name change as registered with the Colorado <br />Secretary of State's Office) on June 17, 2005. This monthly status report also requested that the <br />Division extend the proposed decision date for Permit Renewal No. 4 until September 1, 2005. The <br />Division will grant the requested extension of the proposed decision date for Permit Renewal No. 4 until <br />September 1, 2005.
