How did the operator arrive at 24,200 cubic yards of topsoil to <br />be purchased for placement on the project site? It would asst <br />the State of Colorado a minimum of $8-512/cubic yard of topsoil <br />not delivered, how did the operator arrive at $2.00/cubic yard <br />delivered. Also please specify the truck size and haulage <br />distance. <br />c. Please supply all associated costs for preparation and placement <br />of the Gunite Seals. <br /> <br />
