' ~ 8.2 Lessee, at their expense, shall furnish to Lessors, during the term of their operations hereunder, a Certificate of Insurance showing that Lessee shall have in force and effect at all times during their operations hereunder, public liability and property damage insurance coverage meeting the legal requirements of the State of Colorado. 9.
