The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />This technical revision addresses changes to the hydrologic monitoring plan, and revises the surface water and groandwater <br />parameter lists. <br />The Surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit azea <br />is further described as follows: <br />T6N, R87W, Portions of Sections 28, 29 and 32 <br />TSN, R87 W, All of Section 17; Portions of Sections 5, 8, 16, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30 <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land aze shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Mount Hams and Dunckley <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of <br />publication of this nofice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Hayden Public Library, <br />201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639, and at the Division office. For additional infolmafion or to provide written <br />comments, contact the Division of Minernls and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorndo 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567. In order for us to comply with regulatory time flames, we request that comments be submitted within fifteen <br />(1 S) days of this letter.
