Canany <br />Divisimn Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />As a result of DMG's Midterm Review No. 5 of Trapper Mine, Permit C-1981-010, on July 5, 2005. During <br />this review the Division determined that an increase in Trapper's reclamation liability was warranted. <br />Enclosed, please find the Division's proposed decision to increase TMI's reclamation liability by <br />$2,586,158.00 (Rule 3.02.2(4)).
