Dear Mr. Vanderpool:
The Division is in receipt of your photographs and your recent letter. Ne
cannot proceed with your requests until the following items are submitted:
1: The color photographs requested were to be representatives of the
current status of these mine sites. The photographs you submitted
were four years old, and some photographs had snow over effected
areas: Please submit photographs of these sites taken ttlis summer.
2. For the Wright Group and Rimrock Blues sites, a report fctr each
site was requested that stated the following:
(a) land affected to date;
(b) land to be affected during the coming year;
(c) any reclamation or maintenance activities anticipated
for the'toming year.
In addition, for each of these sites, submit a map showing the
above areas highlig~ed on the map.
