Please provide a revised paragraph 2.03.4 that corrects the begin date typo for Jeffery ICahler as CFO from 12/101/97 to read 12/10/97). Landmark Reclamation Inc. advised by letter of February 4, 1998 that Landmark had became wholly owned by Randal] and Blake, Inc. Please provide documentation of this acquisition.• [Mott that Randall and Blake, Inc. is not listed as the owner of Landnark Reclamation [nc. in the AVS database (Enclosure 6). Documentation is required to post this thange.] With regard to Randall & Blake, Richard L. Randall (Randall) is listed as a Director in the AVS database (Enclosure 9) but not on the submittal (Enclosure 3) (Enclostre 8 is not used). If Randall is a Director, please revise paragraph 2.03.4 (Enclosure ~). If Randall is no longer a Director, please provide documentation as to the end date of Randall as a Director. The same confusion exists between James W. Croll and Jeffery Croll as described above as regards the appointment as Vice President of Randall & Blake. The begin date for Todd Williams (Williams) as a Director of Randall and Blake is 09/19/1992 in the AVS database (Enclosure 9), but as 12(101/97 in paragraph 2.0!x.4 revised 3/4/99 (Enclosure 3). If Williams has continuous service as a Director from 09/19/1992, paragraph 2.03.4 (Enclosure 3) should be changed. If not, please provide us wvith appropriate documentation to make end and begin date changes to the AVS database. The begin date for Eric Reger (Reger) as a Director of Randall and Blake is 09/1 911 992 in the AVS database (Enclosure 9), but as 12/10/97 in pazagraph 2.03.4 reviled 3/4/99 (Enclosure 3). If Reger has continuous service as a Director from 09/19/1992, pa~•agraph 2.03.4 needs to be changed.
