The following issues remain to be resolved prior to <br />the Division's proposed decision. <br />Section 5.1.5 states that irrigates lano in the vicinity of the proposed <br />loadout is limited to the south side of the Colorado Rive, while the revises <br />Figure 5.1-1 shows irrigated land along the Hallett Ditch, on the north side <br />approximately 2000 feet downstream from the proposed loadout. Please clarify <br />the present use of this land ono modify the text or tigure accordingly. <br />The lease boundary description in Exhibit 2.2-1 (states 3.6 acres leased area) <br />and the description of the permit area in the appl ication (4.35 acres) do not <br />agree. Additionally, the north arrow on these ti gores is incorrectly drawn, <br />so that the boundary description is difficult to check against the mapped <br />permit area boundaries. One or more of these information sources must be <br />updated so that the legal description of the permit area is unambiguous and <br />agrees with the mapped boundaries. <br />Finally, note that well LA-1 is subject to quarterly <br />sampling, and must theefore be sampled prior to the <br />forward the results of this sample to the Division as <br />Sinceely, <br />~~~CGc~ ~ ~Gi~ <br />William B.
