12. Three copies of revised page 3-80 are attached and should replace the page in Exhibit <br />54. <br />BONDING <br />1. The phrase "1991 dollars" has been removed from the sentence on page 2.05-77 and <br />replaced with "the current dollar value at the time of calculation." A revised page is attached. <br />2. Exhibit 68 will be updated with the as-built specifications of the facilities recently <br />completed and submitted with a separate revision application. <br />3. MCC has records on file at the mine site, documenting that no PCB containing <br />electrical equipment is located at the West Elk Mine. If required, these records are available for <br />your review. <br />4. No response required. <br />5. The concrete drop structure at the substation is cylinder shaped with four-inch concrete <br />walls, four-feet in diameter and approximately eight feet in height. <br />6. As the drainage calculations for TR 65 were refined the size and placement of culverts <br />changed slightly. The culvert designs presented in Table 44 in Exhibit 66 are the minimum design, <br />so the actual constructed sizes may be larger. Culvert C2R-1 is 2-36", 60' long, C2R-2 is 2-36", <br />80' long, C3-1 is 36", 80' long, C3-lA is 24", 60' long, C3-3 is 24", 80' long, and C3-4 is 18", 15' <br />long. <br />7.
