• <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Gallegos Corporation; P.O. Box 821, Vail, CO 81658; (970) 926-3737, has filed a Technical <br />Revision application to its Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. This Technics] Revision modifies <br />the permit boundary. The disturbed acres is unchanged and remains at 7.56 acres. The Permit No. <br />is M-1998-022. The mine is known as the Conger Harvesting Area, and is located in the NE1/4, <br />NE1/4, Section 28, T11S, R88W, 6th PM. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or <br />at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder's office; 200 E. Virginia Ave., Gunnison, CO <br />81230, or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by <br />4:00 p.m. within 10 days of the publication of this notice. <br />
