(WFU)
proposes changes to update the permit document. Changes were made to corres-
pond to the items in your letter. A summary of responses is attached along with a
listing of enclosures and a memorandum from ERO Corporation. Two copies of each
page containing a change are enclosed for your permit documents. Two copies of
the appropriate maps and Illustration 41 are also enclosed.
Two other revisions have been made a part of this technical revision request: (1)
addition of 0.67 acre extra storage space at the ventilation entry area and (2)
addition of two new alluvial wells and short access roads at the alluvial well
area. Pages III-34 and IV-35a and Maps 86 and 90 respectively have been changed
to reflect these additions.
OSM required that a commitment to survey active prairie dog towns for black footed
ferrets be inserted in the permit. The concern was for expansion of the refuse
area only. The Ralandras Trash Dump is specifically excluded. Accordingly, Page
IV-27 has been changed to incorporate this commitment.
I hope the enclosures are sufficient for you to declare our technical revision
request complete. If you need additional information, please contact me at any
time.
Very truly yours,
Tommy D.
